  • You’ll have a technical qualification in a related mechanical/ electrical or civil engineering discipline and 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • A natural ability to influence & motivate people with a flair for quality assurance.
  • Job Purpose is to carry out maintenance activities in a timely manner ensuring quality of work and good workmanship and in compliance of Health Safety and Environment standards.
  • Monitor and maintain and keep records of all equipment, tools materials and spare parts on the assigned site.
  • Execute the assigned work orders within the defined SLAs and ensure that work orders are closed on time and escalated as and when necessary Prepare and submit maintenance service report.
  • Perform good workmanship and comply on health and safety standards Perform duties with initiative team work coordination that enhance the skills and ability.
  • Promote and perform good customer service to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for the performance of the team, timely work delivery and put the available resources to best use.
  • Diverse Technical knowledge in MEP and Civil.
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, takes accountability of the team performance, natural leadership skills are required.
  • Willingness to work out of regular hours or extended hours and emergency requirements is mandatory.
  • A valid UAE driving license is advantages.
