Effective Asset Management looks at the four phases of an asset’s life from: 1) planning, 2) construction or acquisition, 3) operation and maintenance and 4) disposal. It also explores the impact ISO 55000, the new suite of International Standards, has upon effective Strategic Asset Management.

  • Life Cycle Management and Total Cost of Ownership
